The working session between Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and the XR research team (HITLab) of Howest University of Applied Sciences and Ghent University

According to the framework of the VLIR-SI Project, the team from PTIT delegation led by Assoc Prof. Dr. Hoang Huu Hanh worked with the XR Research Team (HITLab) of Howest University of Applied Sciences and Ghent University on the in-depth application of XR to impact psychology and education. Howest University of Applied Sciences is one of the partners of the VLIR-UOS project in Belgium.

During the session, Howest University’s research team introduced the results of practical projects using Extended Reality (XR) technology deployed and tested in Belgium and some European countries. AR/VR/XR are currently strongly researched in European countries.

The team from PTIT also experienced the products that Howest University’s research team has developed, such as using XR technology to evaluate psychology and pressure in education or evaluate therapy in online training. After that, we can provide a theoretical and practical basis for implementing the VLIR-SI project in Vietnam.
