On April 5, 2024, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology organized a workshop titled “Practice in Co-creating VR/AR Content with Women and Youth organization” in Ninh Binh. This event was part of the VLIR-SI project, aimed at facilitating comprehensive digital transformation for rural households through multimedia solutions.
The project team conducted field trips to renowned tourist sites and homestay in Ninh Binh to develop detailed scenarios. Participants were introduced to VR/AR applications and experienced unique immersive sessions, exploring and visualizing locations in depth.
The workshop also provided guidance on using devices and capturing images for creating personalized VR/AR content. Attendees expressed enthusiasm and a desire to learn more about producing VR/AR content to promote local tourism and industries. They hoped for more such impactful training sessions for local resort, homestay, and restaurant owners.
