1. Program Introduction
Founded in 1825, the University of Huddersfield – originally the Huddersfield Scientific and Mechanic Institute – has a longstanding tradition of providing vocational education. Today, with student numbers at nearly 20,000 from 130 countries, the university continues to emphasise professional experience alongside academic study, with all undergraduate students given the opportunity to undertake professional work-related experience during their studies. Students also have the chance to complete the Global Professional Award alongside their undergraduate degree and receive a recognised management qualification from the CMI.
2. Training Format
For the Single Degree Program
Phase 1: Students complete the first 3 years of study at PTIT.
Phase 2: Students continue their studies for the next 1 year at the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom
For the Dual Degree Program
Phase 1: Students complete the first 3 years of study at PTIT.
Phase 2: Students continue their studies for the 1 year at the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom.
Phase 3: Students complete the final 0.5 years at PTIT to obtain a degree conferred by PTIT.

5. Entrance requirements
- Single Degree
+ Students who graduate from high school and have an average GPA of 10th, 11th,12th grade subjects according to the A00 or A01 exam combination is 6.5 or higher.
+ For candidates studying in grade 12 who wish to apply for admission before graduating from high school, candidates must submit their study results in the 10th, 11th, and 1st semesters of 12th grade and supplement the following missing documents when there is a notice of admission (conditional) of the program.
+ Language requirements: candidates must have at least English level 4 according to the 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework for Vietnam or international IELTS 5.0 or equivalent TOEFL score or pass the school’s PTIT TEST English test. (The equivalent conversion table is in the attached Appendix).
+ Admission method: Admission is based on high school results and English proficiency.

+ Students admitted to PTIT’s Fintech standard programs
6. Tuition fees and scholarships
– Tuition fees:
- Tuition fees for the first 3 years at PTIT: 50.000.000 – 55.000.000 VND/year.
- Tuition fees for the following 1 years at Queensland University of Technology, Australia: 37.200 AUD/year (equivalent to about 590 million VND/year).
– Scholarship:
- Scholarship of 25% tuition fee reduction per year based on GPA.
7. Transfer requirements
+ Students who complete the first 2 years of study under an approved associate program outlined in this admission notice;
+ Have IELTS (academic) score of 6.0 or higher;
+ Proof of financial ability to complete the course atUniversity of Huddersfield, United Kingdom;
+ Meet all the conditions/requirements of the United KingdomEmbassy in Vietnam to be granted a student visa to study in United Kingdom.
+ Students participating in the program are supported with free consulting services and support for transferring documents to University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom
