On January 14, 2024, Center for International Education – Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology organized a sightseeing trip “A day around Hanoi” for students of Vietnam Master of Computer Science in English (VMCS) program with the purpose of spreading Hanoi culture as well as creating opportunities for VMCS students and PTIT’s staff to have a more intimate bond. This is one of the activities in the Orientation program.
The VMCS students were able to explore symbolic places of rich culture, imbued with national identity: Temple of Literature, Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum, Tran Quoc Pagoda… VMCS students also enjoyed delicious local dishes from 3 regions: “banh khoai”, “com hen”…
In addition, VMCS students had the opportunity to share experiences during their first time studying in Vietnam. And hope that in the future, there will be more meaningful events so that the students can understand more about Vietnamese culture, cuisine, and people.
